Anvil Doors completed the installation of a new 12m x 9m roller shutter at Bullivants Kewdale warehouse located in Perth. The scope of works involved the removal of the existing damaged roller shutter and the installation of the new replacement roller shutter.
The client required a springless dual drive motorised roller shutter as the replacement to the existing damaged roller shutter. As the replacement roller shutter was extremely large (exceeding 108sqm in area), Anvil Doors undertook extensive engineering to ensure that the design of both the new roller shutter and building structure were fit for purpose and structurally adequate.
The complete removal and replacement of the roller shutter was undertaken without delay over a short time frame of five days. At the clients request, there was no disruption to Bullivants day to day operations during the five day roller shutter replacement.

The work involved the removal of badly damaged dock shelters and cladding from 12 loading bays.
This was followed by the repositioning of the existing dock levellers together with the installation of steel frameworks and dock bumpers. This work ensures that the delivery vehicles cannot damage the cladding in the future.
The final part of the contract involved fitting new cladding and dock shelters, and the re-positioning of the traffic light units.
The work had been scheduled for a six week block, but due to co-operation from the client and the allocation of additional manpower, the works were completed in three weeks, thus keeping site disruption to a minimum.
