IDE Provide The Perfect Solution For Colas

When Warrington based Company Colas faced a dilemma with a faulty 30 year old folding shutter door that measured over 12 metres in width, they approached AMGroup Company Industrial Door Engineering to come up with a solution.

The answer was to dismantle the existing folding shutter, install supporting steelwork and fit a solid insulated panel wall on one half of the door opening, and supply and fit an electrically operated roller shutter door coupled with a fabric rapid roll door in the other half of the doorway.

This has provided Colas with a system that is efficient both from an operational point of view and also for heat cost savings benefits.
