Ansa Doors has recently completed two separate jobs for the supply and installation of H13 type Heavy Duty Roller Shutter that were used to conceal scoreboard screens. The first was installed at a soccer ground in Broadmeadows and the other was a regional football ground in Albury Wodonga, Victoria.
Working together with the builders, Ansa Doors was able to help design and construct an engineered solution that will protect and conceal the scoreboard screens.
The end results are impressive looking solutions that have delighted the end clients.
Group Company, Dover Vanguard Roller Shutters of Oldham, UK has just completed the manufacture and supply of a series of N35 Aluminium Roller Shutters that will be exported to Nigeria for use by the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company on their new 4×4 utility vehicles which have been manufactured by PickUp Systems.
The order has seen nine Aluminium N35 Vehicle Roller Shutters fitted onto three vehicles that are currently making their way overseas and will be in use in the next few months. This marks the first time the N35 has been used in Central Africa since its introduction to the market and continues to demonstrate its value as a market leading product.
Group company, Dover Vanguard Roller Shutters of Oldham, UK has continued to innovate the ways in which the N35 Aluminium Vehicle Roller Shutter can be used by its customers.
A recent prototype saw the addition of profiled tracks that match the build of the vehicle body. As you can see in the photograph the new profiled tracks allow the body builders to create more pleasing lines whilst still keeping the quality of the N35 Aluminium Roller Shutter at the heart of the vehicle’s security.
The final version can now be seen in operation at Brighton City Airport.
Group Company Diamond Roll Up Door Inc. shipped the first 130 of 790 doors to Kentucky Trailer Mfg. for install into UPS Air Cargo Trailers. Shipments will continue through the month of June. Ten doors were delivered in May for a pilot trailer to ensure all issues are worked out for the production run. The pilot run proceeded with no problems.
Last year Diamond received 220 of the approximately 1200 doors as a test of our capability. An second order was issued in early Fall and Diamond received 260 of the approximately 650 doors. This years order of 800 (790 production + 10 pilot) is testament to the exceptional product quality, customer service and manufacturing capability provided by our team.
Summer is shaping up to be a busy season for Group Company, NASSAU Industrial Doors Ltd of Stoke-on-Trent, UK with the signing of four major contracts to see the supply and installation of a series of Sectional Doors, High Speed Doors, Roller Shutters, Steel Personnel Doors and Dock Levellers across the United Kingdom.
The first contract won by Regional Sales Executive Kevin Bourne will see the installation of twenty four High Speed Doors, four Sectional Overhead Doors and twenty Fire Rated Roller Shutter Doors for Greencore foods.
Regional Sales Executive, Rob Spooner has also won a contract that will see three Roller Shutter Doors, three Steel Hinged Door Sets, a High Speed Door and a Dock Leveller complete with Shelter on a Storagebase Unit in Frome.
The last two will see seven Sectional Overhead Doors and two Dock Levellers in Feltham for Pexhurst Services and eight Sectional Overhead Doors for Galliford Try in London.
Group company, Industrial Door Engineering Ltd of Cheshire, UK has just completed the manufacture, supply and installation of eleven Insulated Roller Shutters, ten Steel Hinged Personnel Doors and two High Speed Doors at the new £2,400,000 storage and transhipment depot for haulier Edge Transport at Deeside Industrial Estate, North Wales.
The contract was won by Senior Sales Executive Antony Faloona and was completed on time and on budget. The installation proceeded over a number of weeks and required working hand in hand with Wynne Construction to facilitate the program of works that enabled all the different contractors to work side by side throughout the building work.
