Group company – Lietzke Doors has started the supply and installation of high security combination cells doors and windows for the Mt. Gambier Prison in South Australia. Lietzke Doors is contracted to supply Badge Constructions a large variety High Security Doors and Windows for the New Cell Block and Kitchen project. The expansion will allow the prison to house an additional 112 prisoners.
The new wings containing accommodation and ablutions are being constructed in a “modular” format using shipping containers. It is the first prison to use this kind of construction in South Australia.
Lietzke Doors is an approved manufacturer of High Security Door Units, Windows and Gates for the South Australian Department for Correctional Services.
The Annual Commercial Vehicle Show was held at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham from 8th – 11th April 2013 and a number of products manufactured by Group Company Dover Vanguard were on display.
Roadload Limited were showing their home removals vehicle which has the Dover Vanguard 50mm aluminium shutter fitted to it.
Doyles Limited were showing their newly designed Jumbo Luton Maxivan which again houses the Dover Vanguard 50mm shutter.
Joseph Ash Limited were displaying their range of diesel storage tanks that are also fitted with the Dover Vanguard 50mm aluminium shutter.
Finally, Isuzu were showing the new Isuzu pickup truck which incorporates a specialist van body housing 5no. Nyloy 30 roller shutters.
Group company – Ansa Doors has recently completed the supply and installation of (3) over-sized ‘AB100’ Bifold Doors and (6) ‘H14’ Heavy Duty 100mm Roller Shutters on the redevelopment of Victoria University’s state-of–the art facilities at Sunshine.
The new Trades College which has its hub at Sunshine Campus is focussed on the delivery of apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships where students meet the competency standards necessary for industry – and other programs highly tailored to industry and recognised for their innovative approach to skills development.
Skill areas include carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, electrical, engineering, fabrication, furniture and signs.
For this multi-million dollar re-development, Ansa doors worked together with the builder Kane Constructions to successfully deliver this project.
Border Express will shortly be moving into their new premises at Melbourne Airport.
Group company – Ansa Doors successfully supplied and installed a total of (34) various sized ‘H14’ Heavy Duty 100mm Roller Shutters for both the main Distribution Warehouse and the Workshop buildings.
Group company – Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently been awarded the contract to Supply and Install ‘AME60S’ Sunscreens on the new Coles Shopping Centre Nambour.
This project also sees the inclusion of Austral Monsoon Steel Roller Shutters.
Product is due to hit production over the coming months.
Group company – Austral Monsoon Building Products (AMBP) recently completed the supply and Installation of various louvers at the Barker Collage Junior School stage 2, Hornsby, NSW
Working with the Collage and the builder Gledhill Constructions AMBP supplied and installed a number of our products to the project including “AME100” fixed ventilation louvers, “AME100” louvered doors and a combination of Ellipsoid Sunscreens.
Group company – Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the contract to supply and install “Maxiflow” Louvers at the P&N Soft drink facility West of Brisbane.
The “Maxiflow” louvers on this project where also manufactured purpose made insect mesh screens.
Group company – Austral Monsoon has successfully tendered and negotiated the supply and installation of Austral Monsoon E85 Aluminium Panorama Roller Shutters to Sydney Airport T1 Screening Facility.
Austral Monsoon will supply and install a total of (12) roller shutters at various stages to suit the program with all works to be carried out during the night as to not disrupt the busy Sydney Airport.
Group company Industrial Door Engineering (IDE) completes the contract on the re-developed Williams Trailer manufacturing plant in Deeside, North Wales.
The contract involved the manufacture and installation of (4) off IDE insulated roller shutter doors and (4) off Nergeco fast –acting fabric roller doors.
IDE installed appropriate steel frames and sheet steel cladding so that the doors could be installed adjacent to one another.
The doors are interlocked so as to provide optimum heat saving for the factory building.
